Terms of service

These terms govern use of MasterCRM (panel, Android app, API). By using the service you accept them. The provider is established in Poland; these terms are written for an international audience and are not the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

1. Provider

Provider: MobiPOS, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: [email protected]. The service is available at mastercrm.tel and related country domains, plus customer panel subdomains.

2. What MasterCRM is — and is not

MasterCRM is SaaS: you turn your own Android phone into an SMS gateway and a source of call history, with a panel, campaigns, templates, auto-responder, contact CRM and API.

MasterCRM is not a telecoms operator, does not assign numbers, does not change the SMS sender and does not guarantee delivery. Messages leave on your SIM under your carrier's plan and terms.

3. Account

The contract is formed when you create an account (email and panel subdomain) or first sign in via OAuth. The service is intended for businesses and professional use.

Subdomains are unique. Reserved names (www, api, admin, …) are unavailable. You are responsible for the secrecy of passwords, API keys and pairing QR codes.

4. Your obligations

• You send SMS and process numbers only as allowed by applicable law (GDPR, ePrivacy / local electronic-communications rules, anti-spam, marketing consent, opt-out).
• You do not use the service for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment or bulk sending without a lawful basis.
• You tell recipients which number is writing — it is your phone's number.

A breach may lead to suspension or deletion of the account, and to notifying authorities when the law requires it.

5. Availability and liability

We aim for continuity of the panel and API but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for carrier, Android, FCM or OAuth outages, loss of a phone, the content of your SMS, or indirect loss.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to fees actually paid to us in the three months before the event, and to zero on the free plan.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules of your country of residence if they apply. Courts at the provider's seat have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.

7. Changes

We will announce changes on this page and, for material changes, by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, unless you terminate before then.
